Yandex.Maps

Yandex.Maps gives you access to detailed maps of cities and towns across Russia, Turkey and Ukraine right in your pocket.
Find addresses and businesses and plan journeys taking current traffic conditions into account.

The Yandex.Maps mobile app offers the following features:
- detailed maps of towns and cities across Russia, Turkey and Ukraine;
- the ability to search for specific addresses;
- the ability to search nearby points of interest including cafes, drug stores, ATMs, gas stations etc. and additional information on buildings, businesses and other points of interest (not available in Turkey);
- satellite and panoramic street view images of cities;
- People's map (not available in Turkey);
- Yandex.Traffic and real-time traffic alerts;
- a route planner that optimizes routes based on current traffic conditions;
- public transport routes (major Russian cities and Kiev, Ukraine);
- route information (distance, speed, estimated journey time) and automatic route recalculation following any deviation (Russia and Ukraine only);
- the ability to download maps (major Russian, Ukrainian and Belarus cities).

Customers of Kyivstar (Ukraine) will not incur data charges for using Yandex.Maps.

• Check out the new Transport mode in Yandex.Maps. Tap the Transport button at the bottom of the main screen to enable it, and track bus movement in real time. Rail terminals, metro stations, and bus stops are marked with larger icons in this mode of the map.

• Choose the fastest route to your destination: by public transport, carsharing, or taxi. Plot a route and go to "All" to compare route options and costs on one screen.

You can now save public transport stops and routes to Favorites. You'll be able to easily locate them: the moving icons of saved routes are always visible on the map, and your favorite stops are highlighted yellow.

To add a stop or route to your favorites, tap Save to My transport in the card. You can view the list of all saved routes and stops in the app menu under My transport. To choose which routes and stops to show on the map, go to Menu — Layers.

Try night mode in Yandex.Maps. Go to Settings → General and select a convenient option. You can have it on at all times or let it automatically turn on at sunset and off at sunrise. There’s a third option for devices running Android 10 — syncing night mode with system settings.

You can now view the indoor maps of Moscow’s largest shopping malls. The map shows everything you can find on a specific floor. Check the locations of shops, cafés, ATMs, and parking lots to plan your visit or find your way around once you’re there. To view the indoor map, zoom in on the mall and select a floor.

Yandex.Maps 版本更新

• Set up the app to show only moving transport from your favorites on the map. To do this, turn on Transport mode and check the My transport box at the bottom of the screen. If you don't have any favorite routes yet, add them by tapping "Save to My transport" in the bus card.

• Check arrival times for your favorite stops under "My transport" in the app menu.
